It offers free parking and disabled access throughout the ground floor, as well as under floor heating and a wood burning stove. WARNING: There are low beams in the upper rooms, please mind your head!

-All have disabled access, being on the ground floor and a stable door opening to the outside area.
-Two bedrooms have a double bed.
-One bedroom has twin beds, TV and armchair
-One bedroom has a TV, single bed and a single bunk over a double bed with a futon style mattress.
-Linen and towels are included.
-A travel cot is available but cot linen is not supplied
Bathrooms
-One separate W.C with wash basin.
-One shower room with wash basin, shower cubicle and W.C.
-One accessible wet room with toilet, grab rails and alarm.
-Heated lockers to hang towels.
Upstairs Living Areas
-The open plan upstairs living areas are accessed by gated stairs. Up here there are low beams and you can see the full character of the original barn.

Gardens, car park and disabled parking space
- The garden and front terrace is fully fenced.
-In the garden is a shed for storing bicycles and fishing tackle. The BBQ and logs are also stored there.
-To the side of the property is the outhouse containing the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
-There is one parking space close to the entrance and additional parking for two to three cars outside the garden area
-The barn is set in a farm yard with shared access to the road
-There is access to a field for dog walking from the farm yard. The dog walk provides an off road route to Darsham Marshes nature reserve and the footpath to Darsham village.
Extras
-Use of Mill Hill Farm Campsite’s facilities including purchase of fishing tickets to fish on the two lakes, lakeside walks and onsite shop 1 April to 31 October. Fishing between 1st November and 1st April by arrangement.
